The CBS beta site and ECMPS 2.0 will be down for maintenance beginning Friday, January 17th, 2025 at 5PM eastern time. During this downtime, users will be unable to log into either application. At this time, we do not have an anticipated reopening date but will provide updates on the reopening as soon as possible via the ECMPS 2.0 newsletter and this page.

This Beta version of CBS is integrated with the Emissions Collection and Monitoring Plan System 2.0 Beta and CDX Test Login is required.

To help avoid complications, please ensure your account information in CBS production is up-to-date (especially email address), that the email address you use to sign up for CDX Test is the same as CBS production, and that you have the appropriate permissions (preparer, submitter, etc.) in CBS production with the units that you need to test.
